1. Who we are

Ampguru Electrical & Technical Solutions Pty Ltd ("Ampguru ETS") is a licensed Western Australian electrical contractor (EC 17236) and Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accredited solar PV & battery installer (S2217246). We service Perth metro from Two Rocks to Mandurah.

Every installation is performed by appropriately licensed and accredited personnel and complies with the current edition of:

Grid connections are arranged in accordance with Western Power's Connection Application requirements and your retailer's metering arrangements.

You have 10 business days from signing the contract to change your mind and cancel without penalty. To exercise this right, email admin@ampguruets.com.au within the cooling-off window. We will refund any deposit paid (other than the cost of work already approved and performed at your request).

Our workmanship warranty

We warrant our installation workmanship — including roof penetrations, mounting, electrical connections and commissioning — for a minimum of 5 years from installation date.

Equipment is covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty, typically:

We register every warranty in your name and provide you with the documentation. If a warranty claim arises, we assist with the manufacturer process at no charge.

Nothing in this document limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL you are guaranteed:

We adhere to the consumer-protection principles set out in the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC), the national code for solar, battery and EV charger retailers. Specifically:

10. Cancellations after cooling-off

Cancellation after the 10 business day cooling-off period (and after equipment has been ordered or work scheduled) may incur a reasonable charge equal to costs already committed. We will detail any such charge to you in writing before action is taken.

11. Performance disclaimer

Any estimates of solar generation, battery savings or bill reductions discussed during the sale or shown in proposals are estimates only, based on average Perth conditions, your nominated usage profile, and current retail tariffs. Actual performance depends on weather, roof aspect & shading, household consumption patterns, retailer tariffs, equipment age, and grid conditions. Estimates are not a guarantee.
